The only possible method to shape your body is to use the extreme physical effort and exercise techniques that bodybuilding has evolved from. Bodybuilders use weight as a means to an end to sculpture their body. A weightlifter is purely after muscle mass, to be able to lift maximum weight, a bodybuilder utilises a lot less weight repetitively.
