The Triceps is a much larger mass of muscle than the Biceps therefore needs much more training, many different exercises are used to form a full triceps workout.

Its the triceps muscle group that make the arm look bigger, to train the triceps it is first recommended to build up the mass and strength of the muscles themselves by doing the basics first, such as, triceps press and extension exercises, it is important to remember that any extension of the arm under resistance will involve using the triceps muscles.

Mass and strength of the triceps group is enhanced by using cheating techniques, but don't over emphasise cheating always remember when doing bench presses you are calling on the triceps as well.

Lying triceps extensions use the full length of the rear deltoid from the elbow to the shoulder these give the triceps a fuller defined look.

Hand position is very important in triceps training, if you keep your thumb up you will be working more on the outside of the triceps, to put more effort into the inside triceps, you need to put your hands palm down as you would while doing tricep presses where a downward away from shoulders motion is used

As the tricep is a large muscle group you should be doing all your normal exercises and then target the tricep trying to isolate each part and do supe sets once a week (allow for recovery) it is good practise not to do a heavy tricep workout if the following day you have set for chest exercises as this will not help you during chest workouts.
