For your health and longevity it is best to train naturally without any illegal substances which can produce high deficiencies in your body, there is no easy route to muscle mass, by using steroids you face the chance of damaging you bone joints by imposing higher levels of pressure than your muscles can take, over time your body will get used to the way you are training and rebuilds itself to cope with this.
Natural body building means your body changes itself as you change the exercise its doing it compensates its repair to adapt. When the body gets used to one method, change the way you do that particular exercise to get deep down into the muscle group to wake up different muscle tissue, it is good practice to not stick with the same method every time you workout. After a while you will find different angles that use different areas of muscle, you will feel the soreness that you had when you first started, that tells you that you have just found deeper muscle tissue that hasn't had a good workout before, make a note of what you did so you can include it in your training program, you should be able to find many different ways to feel the burn, consider this, if you are bench pressing, you can only push away from you at 90 degrees, if the benches back legs where made 2 inches higher than the front legs the angle change would wake up new tissues as you have now changed the 90 degrees to 80, you can also do this the opposite way which overall has now worked your chest muscles on 3 different angles. Natural body building is the safest way to train, stick with it. Steroids are illegal and should not be part of your natural body building training program, the fundamental pieces of the bodybuilding jigsaw are, eat well, train well and sleep well, if you get all of those in the correct quantities then you are well on your way to the desired results.
